Hi, I'm in Poland and, I desperately need to find a good Grove service that would be able to help us with our 2002 Grove GMK 4075. We have major problems with extending the boom - more precisely with boom pinning system.We have had problems with the pinning system in this crane for a long time, and they show up in verious ways - every time the system gets stuck and our poor operator sometimes loses all day to unlock it. Some time ago, Grove service in Poland replaced our tronner cable in the boom, but clearly it did not help. Grove service in Poland is terrible - THERE IS NOONE IN POLAND WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT ECOS AND EKS, AND NOONE WHO CAN FIX OUR BOOM PINNING PROBLEM. Now the crane is totally stuck and both ECOS and EKS 4 show wrong boom length inications. I can only get the 4th section out, but once it is extended, the pins are stuck to the section and cannot get unpinned to allow for further extension. PLEASE, IF YOU KNOW ANY GOOD SERVICE WITH EXPERIENCE IN GROVE GMK CRANES, CAN YOU GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER, OR WEBSITE, OR E-MAIL, OR LINK OR ANYTHING!!! IT CAN BE ANYWHERE IN EUROPE.
